1 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 111kap online gaming platform, operated at 111kap.net ("111kap", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 111kap provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, instant games, and related gaming services to registered account holders ("Player", "you", or "your").

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 111kap platform is strictly for use by individuals who are 21 years of age or older ("21+" requirement). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 111kap conducts mandatory age and identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") as part of the account verification process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds deposited may be returned at 111kap's sole discretion.

2.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether their use of the 111kap platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 111kap makes no representation that its services are legal in all territories. Players accessing 111kap from any jurisdiction are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

2.3 Account Registration

To access 111kap's gaming services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid Pakistani mobile number or email address;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Any additional information required by 111kap for KYC verification.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to operate only one (1) 111kap account. If 111kap discovers that a player is operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through third parties, associated devices, or shared payment methods — all related accounts may be suspended or closed, and any bonuses or winnings credited to duplicate accounts shall be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111kap login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 111kap strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 111kap account to add an additional layer of security beyond the standard login password.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document);

111kap reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as "inactive". 111kap may apply an inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule, charge the fee against the account balance, or close the account and return any remaining balance to the player in accordance with applicable licensing rules.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All withdrawals from a 111kap account are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification;

• 111kap reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests;

4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all 111kap bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus before completing requirements on a current bonus may result in forfeiture of the original bonus;

• Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games, bets, and gaming activities conducted on the 111kap platform are governed by the following general rules, as well as specific rules applicable to each game or betting market:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the 111kap platform are final and binding. 111kap is not liable for errors arising from a player's failure to review confirmed bet details before placement;
• 111kap reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error — including bets placed on incorrect odds or on markets that were suspended at the time of placement — subject to the rules of the applicable gaming license;
• All casino games on the 111kap platform operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 111kap;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change at 111kap's discretion;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, 111kap's systems will record the state of play at the point of disconnection and resolve the session accordingly. Bets on incomplete rounds due to technical failure are typically refunded in accordance with game provider rules;
• Sports betting results are determined by the final official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. Disputed results or event cancellations are handled in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable to that sport.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111kap platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or using another person's account;
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through associated parties;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the 111kap platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets;
• Match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information relating to any sporting event;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended mathematical advantages in games — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 111kap platform;
• Attempting to circumvent 111kap's responsible gaming tools or age verification controls;
• Providing false or fraudulent documents during the KYC verification process.

8 Responsible Gaming

111kap is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The 111kap platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that registered players may use at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 111kap account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 111kap platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 111kap or its third-party licensors. No content from the 111kap platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 111kap.

The 111kap name, logo, and all associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of 111kap. Unauthorised use of 111kap's trademarks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement actionable at law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 111kap platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reverse-engineer, copy, mirror, or redistribute any part of the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111kap's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by the player to their 111kap account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111kap shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 111kap's reasonable control (including network outages by Pakistani mobile operators such as Jazzcash network downtime);
• Any third-party game malfunctions where the relevant game provider's own terms govern the resolution;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access due to shared credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 111kap's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

111kap collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the 111kap platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes;
• Data is not retained for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

111kap reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 111kap will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, communicated via the contact details held on the player's account. 12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players wishing to close their 111kap account may do so at any time by contacting 111kap's support team. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Account Suspension and Closure by 111kap

111kap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• 111kap suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory or licensing authority requirements necessitate account closure;
• A player is on a self-exclusion register maintained by a recognised gambling authority.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111kap holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by 111kap's licensing authority.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should do so by contacting 111kap support with full details of the matter in dispute. 111kap will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's player protection or dispute resolution service in accordance with the procedures of that authority.
